Nowhere really. Sorry for the lack of posts on here, slow Fall/Winter so far. For now, check out this video of gnarly crashes from slalom and downhill, mostly. Makes me excited to race Plattekill 4X this season, if they didn't go back to lame slalom. Also reminds me why I'll never race downhill again haha. Maybe creek will hook something up... WCP GREATEST Mountain Bike Crashes - The funniest movie is here. Find it
I'm working to get some product review action flowing through here again, so sit tight. Also, at least one Ray's trip this winter. Drop a comment or something if you're interested.

Ignore trends, ride where you want, with who you like, and do what's fun. Peace!Sunday, September 14, 2008, 07:54 PM - random
Check out the wallride gone bad at 5 seconds. A lot of things went wrong in this clip, but the launch to wallride is awesome. So is the quick release Spinergy wheel. Watch, it'll make your day-Mark

When Nick told me that the Brooklyn Thrashbike Jam video got posted on The Come Up, I couldn't wait to go and check out what the "e-Nazis" (from TCU comments) had to say about it. Unsurprisingly, there were some 80 comments, most shit talking the video. I was surprised, however, at how many people backed it up. If you're not familiar with The Come Up, go look and read some comments from the blog -- it won't take long to how much more fun some people have talking shit than riding their bikes. MTBs on TCU, funny and sort of cool. I'll have to send more videos their way in the future. Haha!Check out the MTB thread

These pics are from Chris Shaw's photo site. Nothing like hanging at the trails until it gets too dark to see. Click the link to go to his site, and click the photos to go big.

Yep, that's Barack Obama riding a bike, and by the looks of it, he's got his kid in tow. Everybody should ride a bike, and soon enough, everyone is going to have to. There's nothing to post lately, but I vowed that I'd post something every day.

It's Alec's 21st on Monday. He'll be celebrating that with the broken eye socket he got two weeks ago at Sayreville when a little skateboard kid plowed into him as he came back down a quarter. Good thing you can still drink with a broken eye hole. Seriously though, he was ok, less a red eye, some pain, and cash for the x-rays.

...to Ride Your Bike...
Go ahead, click on it.
The rider is Andrew (I think) from Fairfield CT. Nick shot this about a minute before university security kicked us out.

Bill, or prisoner311 as some of you may know him, sent this to me from across the pond. Good looking out and thanks!

Also, if anyone has been riding their bikes lately, I'd love to know about it. Send some pics, words, whatever. One thing or another has kept me from riding for most of January, and it seems like the whole world is in the same boat.
I'll have some goods next weekend, from a trip to Ray's. Drop a line if you plan on going; I know there are a few people on the site who are going.
Laterrr
