BMX and 24"s Are Toys and... (read below)
12/18/08
I just saw this on The Come Up. The long and short of it is that bikes 24" and under are considered toys and will need to be screened for lead before being allowed entry into the US.
What do I think it means? Aerican Bikes, baby! This new law will bring the bikes made in America -

01/03/07
I was on YouTube a second ago, as I find myself doing more and more...and I came across this quick vid of Anson Wellington addressing all of the haters out there.
He's dead on. If you dont think pegs jive with mountain bikes, don't ride them. Biking is one of the few &qu -

12/21/06
Just in time for Christmas and the end of Hannukah! Not that it matters, really. But I hope everyone likes the new format of the front page. You can now leave comments and rate each post. I took the Quick Chat out because it didn't really serve a purpose. Stay tuned, maybe we'll add a -

Upcoming Skate 57/H-Town events
11/29/06
I just got off the phone with the guys from Skate57, asking about the Lock-In that was supposed to be going down this weekend. To settle the rumors, the lockdown isn't happening. Instead, it will be an all day, 11-11 session. Furthermore, we're not invited. It's skate and board only, -
It's Late and I Should be Studying...

Animal Warehouse Visit
11/25/06

Sayreville Skatepark
11/23/06
NJ Dirt hits the road yet again to rip up Sayreville’s skatepark. Mark, Alec, Nick and I headed out on 11/22/06, a cold autumn night to see what kind of trouble we could get ourselves into. The ride down for Alec, Nick and I took about an hour and 45; the traffic on the parkway was terrible. Mark ma -
Fox Hill makes Headlines (R.I.P.)
11/20/06
This is old news, as people have been discussing it in the forums for a long while, but here goes...The trails at Fox Hill were plowed by the Norwood DPW about 2 weeks ago. The trails at Fox Hill are the last real set of trails to meet their maker in the area, following Beechwoods and the Closter Tr -
Nothing New
11/17/06
Well nothing has been going on over on my end lately. I've been, how you say, ummm...sick. I did, however, happen to ride a few days ago with a few new 20" guys. They've got skills, so I'll get some footy of them on here in the future, next time we're out.

Diabloween Continued
11/08/06
I figured it just wouldn't be right to let the 2006 Diabloween roll into the past without saying a few words, even though I never made it past the parking lot. The riders and observeres who stayed up on the mountain endured some hardcore wind and a whole lot of cold. Unfortunately, as I said, I -
Jeremy Jam Edit is Online
11/07/06
Well, I made it out to the Jeremy Jam on Sunday, and i'm glad I did. Although I was the only big wheeler there and could have used some backup, everybody was booked or had to bail last second. The riders, about 100 of them, were killing it for a crowd nearly the same size. I was glad to see a f -
